Steps to Booking Direct with Us
1Contact
Use our contact form to indicate your interest.
We will confirm availability and price directly.
2Sign + Deposit
Direct booking reservations are held with a 50% deposit fee at the time of booking. Payments must be made through Venmo or PayPal.
A short term rental contract will be provided to you for signing.
Photo ID and two pieces of recent mail corresponding with the mailing address on your photo ID will be required (unless you've stayed with us before).
3Balance
The remaining balance is charged 15 days prior to your arrival and becomes non-refundable. Payments must be made through Venmo or PayPal.
4Final Fee
A $275 cleaning fee applies to all bookings. This fee will be charged 24 hours pre-arrival and is non-refundable. Payments must be made through Venmo or PayPal.
