• A 2-night minimum from late-fall to late-May.
• A 3-night minimum applies to all long weekends.
• Choose from Sun-Wed, Wed-Sun, or full week rental from mid-June through Labor Day.

• Direct booking reservations are held with a 50% deposit fee at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is charged 30 days prior to your arrival and becomes non-refundable.

• Cancellations are free to make up to 31 days prior to your arrival date.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in will be charged at 50%.
• Cancellations made within 15 days of check-in will be fully charged.
• Alternatively, we are happy to reschedule your dates outside of the high season (mid-June to first week of Sept).
• There are no refunds for shortened stays or early departures.

• Occupancy of more than 6 guests is not permitted. Guests must be 25 years of age or accompanied by an adult to book.
• Smoking of any kind is not permitted on premises. Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee of up to $1,000.
• Damage to our home and loss of items (such as towels, furnishings, kitchenware, games, etc.) will be charged accordingly.
• Quiet hours must be observed between 10pm and 8am.

• Hypoallergenic breeds only, up to two dogs, and they must be calm, well-trained, and well-behaved.
• Dogs are not permitted on furniture or beds.
• Dogs must be crated when you're out.
• The lawn must not be used for relief (there's a dog park one block away at Glenwood and Pacific).
• Dogs should not be left alone in our home for too long. The length of time depends on you and your dog, but any complaints from neighbors about dogs crying in our home will be taken seriously.
• Pet fee is $275. $200 will be refunded if the policy above is followed in full.
• You must tell us the breed, age, and size of your pets at the time of booking. Discovery of a pet in our home without prior approval will lead to the instant cancellation of your reservation without refund.

• This house has not been child-proofed but it is relatively toddler-friendly (for example, our living room coffee table is round, our bed frames are fabric-covered).
• Also, there are no steps inside the home.

Unlike many Shore homes where you have to rent or bring your own linens, we've got you covered. Our linens go through a triple check system (by Nik pre-clean for damage and stains, by Yvonne post-clean, and finally by our professional cleaners). Everything is cleaned using an earth-friendly detergent that's unscented and gentle on sensitive skin without harsh chemicals.
